Refund Policy for V'S BODY CARE

Thank you for choosing V'S BODY CARE. We strive to provide quality cosmetic products and an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Refund Eligibility:

Damaged or Defective Products: 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at shopvs@vsbodycare.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect Items Received:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us within  7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item for a full refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

Used Products: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used or opened, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at shopvs@vsbodycare.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Please use a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.
